COVID-19 Update from ADRF

Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting us all: our employees and their families, our customers and our partners, and our way of life. As we all strive to keep our homes and businesses safe, we are deeply grateful and inspired by all the selfless individuals in the front lines who care for those who are ill and those working tirelessly across the nation to keep our communities healthy and running.

I am reaching out to you to let you know that we are here for you during this time. Here are some ways our team has been approaching the situation:

ADRF continues to take orders and ship products to our customers. Even with many states including California implementing the “Safer at Home” order, ADRF remains open as an essential business enabling wireless connectivity for those working from home and first responders in the front lines.  As a nimble business, we have been able to react swiftly to developments and continue operations without disruption.

We care deeply about keeping our employees safe and healthy. We are diligently practicing safety measures to ensure that our employees are safe and protected. Most of our employees are now working from home and those remaining at HQ are working shifts and rearranging work stations to maximize social distancing. We are closely monitoring reports on COVID-19 from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and have restricted travel and visitors.

Our business was created to help our customers achieve their wireless connectivity goals.  Our Customer Service Team remains committed to helping you and our Technical Support line remains open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  As always we will be offering our free online training and certification program and we are committed to providing customers with the best quality service and support during this challenging time.

Over the years the wireless community’s hard work and dedication especially in times of tragedy have kept us going and inspired. While these are challenging times, we are here and ready to support you.
