Q. I have setup the Axiom repeater and it appears to be functioning correctly, but the modem is not connecting?
A. In order for the modem to establish a connection, an antenna on the Donor Sum port must be connected. If donor antennas are connected directly to the modules and are bypassing the channel combiner that is built into the Aixom-NMS, then a separate dipole pole antenna must be connected to the Donor Sum port.
