NOTE: ADRF USB Driver only support 32-bit operating systems. 64-bit version of Windows Vista or Windows 7 are not compatible.
Models: Epoch-M Series, Epoch-H Series
1. Go to Start >> right-click on My Computer or right-click the My Computer icon on your desktop. Select Properties. Under the Hardware tab, select Device Manager.
2. Please verify under Device Manager of Windows that the necessary drivers for the repeater are installed.
3. Be sure to use the GUI software from the CD that came with the repeater.(If for some reason the CD is not available, contact 24 HR tech...

Connectivity Troubleshooting Guide for LAN (Windows XP)
Models: ADRF-25K, Aeon, Duo-i, Epoch-III, Epoch-H, and Trilogue Series
Please make sure the following conditions are met:
• If the unit has a Host/Remote Switch, make sure this is set to HOST. The switch is
located next to the Ethernet port on the repeater.
• Make sure that you are using a RJ-45 crossover cable. A straight-through cable
will not work with ADRF repeaters.
If you are unable to connect to the Web-GUI, then try the following steps.
Solution #1
1. Power off the repeater for at least 10 seconds

Connectivity Issue for RS-232 (Serial Port)
Models: Epoch-S02
If you are unable to Interface to repeater with GUI Software
Verify that you are running Windows XP (software does not run properly under Windows Vista/7)
Please install and run the Epoch-S02 launcher, click 'Search' first to have the program locate the correct com port that the BDA is connected to.
If unsuccessful, please manually select the correct COM port. (There will be a notification on the lower-left side of the GUI when communications is established.
