An Incoming RSSI alarm is triggered when the incoming DL signal is below the threshold (which can be specified under the Control tab).
Ensure proper ports are connected (Donor/ Server)
Verify the Donor antenna is pointed toward the correct cell site (Azimuth)
Verify the selected band(s) and be sure it is the right band(s) for the area
Be aware that all our BDAs have different thresholds of required incoming signal (RSSI) on the DL side, due to the max gains of many models being different
