Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Fulfillment Team Member to support our Fulfillment and Warehouse teams. This position requires an individual to be detail-oriented, well-organized, and work well with others. Experience in a warehouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse cleanliness and organization (location accuracy, inventory management, etc.)
  • Assist with day-to-day Purchase Order assembly
  • Prepare orders by processing requests in a timely manner (pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery/pick-up area)
  • Maintain track of incoming/outgoing shipments
  • Receiving large ocean shipments containing products to replenish inventory
  • May require overtime

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Well-organized, accurate, and able to follow detailed instructions
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
  • Self-motivated, creative problem solver, and takes initiative
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs. of heavy equipment
  • Pallet jack/forklift experience is a plus

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically qualified individual to join our Sales Team as a Regional Sales Manager. You will be responsible for growing the market share with wireless carrier, distributor, and system integrator (VAR) customers in your region and discovering sales opportunities with new enterprise customers. Experience in the in-building wireless industry is required, preferably with a Repeater or DAS OEM, or provider of installation and integration services.

Responsibilities

  • Promote, maintain, and enhance sales of ADRF products and services
  • Develop new customers and opportunities using sales experience and engineering background
  • Regularly report sales activity to ADRF HQ, set sales goals, and develop detailed plans to achieve those goals
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns to promote and enhance awareness of ADRF products, technology, capabilities, deployments, and the overall ADRF brand
  • Understand customer needs and relay that information to ADRF HQ with respect to product development

Qualifications

  • Minimum BS in Engineering (MS in Electrical or RF Engineering degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the in-building wireless industry (carrier experience or experience with Repeaters, DAS, or turn-key service providers required)
  • Technical sales experience required
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in identifying and developing business opportunities

Job Overview

We are currently looking to expand our DAS Engineering team. This position requires an individual to be technically proficient, well-organized, highly responsive to customers’ needs, and works well with others. Experience in the in-building wireless industry is required, preferably with a Repeater or DAS OEM, or provider of installation and integration services.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and presenting training materials (in-person training as well as online videos and exams).
  • Reviewing and designing in-building distributed antenna systems (DAS) using iBwave software.
  • Responding to Technical Support inquiries via email or phone. Some after-hours Technical Support may be required.
  • Generating and presenting Technical Support reports and presentations.
  • DAS troubleshooting and formulation of recommendations for performance improvement of existing systems.
  • Onsite analysis and commissioning using portable test equipment (e.g., signal generator, spectrum analyzer).
  • Producing technical materials (e.g., spec sheets, user manuals, quick-start guides, troubleshooting guides, white papers).

Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering (Electrical or RF Engineering degree preferred)
  • Experience in in-building wireless industry (carrier experience or experience with DAS or turnkey integrators highly preferred)
  • Experience with Fiber DAS equipment (e.g., CommScope, Solid, Corning, JMA)
  • Experience using iBwave in-building RF design software
  • Experience with handheld test equipment (e.g., signal generator, spectrum analyzer)
  • Solid knowledge of wireless technologies (GSM/WCDMA/UMTS/HSPA/CDMA/LTE) and frequency bands
  • Experience with Public Safety DAS
  • Experience with data collection tools and post processing tools
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Job Overview

ADRF (Advanced RF Technologies, Inc.) is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is a self-starter with an interest in wireless technology to assist our Office, Inside Sales, and Marketing teams. The Administrative Assistant will collaborate with key players in various teams to ensure the successful completion of all projects. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is a great problem solver, extremely organized, and should have excellent time management skills. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Responsibilities

Office Duties:

  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
  • Processing expense reports, vendor invoices, preparing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office and marketing supplies

Inside Sales Duties:

  • Monitor the Sales inbox and prepare emails to clients and vendors in response to questions
  • Creating Quotes, processing Purchase Orders
  • Creating Invoices and shipping labels, and sending them to customers
  • Manage Access database for inventory management
  • Manage Salesforce database for customer relationship management
  • Maintain a variety of electronic documents files and databases for the purpose of providing up-to-date information and/or historical reference

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years in Administrative, Sales and/or Marketing support
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
