TECHNICAL STAFF

Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a Technical Staff Member to support our Sales and Engineering teams.  This position requires an individual to be technically proficient, well-organized, highly responsive to customers’ needs, and works well with others.  Experience in the in-building wireless industry is required, preferably with a Repeater or DAS OEM, or provider of installation and integration services.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Technical Support inquiries via email or phone
  • Generate and present Technical Support reports and presentations
  • Produce/write technical materials (e.g., spec sheets, user manuals, quickstart guides, troubleshooting guides, white papers)
  • Create training material (in-person training as well as online videos and exams)
  • Basic IT and database management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical major required (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Strong knowledge of in-building wireless industry (especially passive and active distributed antenna systems)
  • Experience troubleshooting complex in-building wireless systems
  • Experience with signal generators and spectrum analyzers
  • Proficiency in iBwave, TEMS, MapInfo preferred
  • Graphic design or video editing knowledge preferred (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Final Cut)
  • Strong proficiency in Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Well-organized, accurate, and able to follow detailed instructions
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
  • Self-motivated, creative problem solver, and takes initiative

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Sales and Project Management teams.  This position requires an individual to be well-organized, able to simultaneously handle multiple projects, and work well with others.

Responsibilities:

  • Project coordination (e.g., scheduling with customers/sub-contractors, purchasing materials, booking travel)
  • Track P&L (profit and loss) for each projectReview project documentation (e.g., proposals, closeout reports) for accuracy and formatting
  • Manage and update databases (e.g., project status, sales leads, contact info)
  • Perform research to generate sales leads
  • General office duties (e.g., answering/routing phone calls, bookkeeping, mail/shipping, filing/copying/scanning/faxing)

Qualifications:

  • Well-organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and able to simultaneously handle multiple projects
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
  • Self-motivated, creative problem solver, and takes initiative
  • College degree or accounting background preferred
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Project preferred
  • Graphic design or video editing knowledge preferred (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Final Cut)
  • Computer savvy and able to troubleshoot common IT issues
